The location of the hotel is very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and markets within walking distance. The hotel's apartment-like room with kitchen facilities was a great advantage for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and tried their best to fulfill guests' requests, such as preparing breakfast to-go for an early flight. The comfortable bed added to the overall satisfactory experience.
Some areas of the hotel had a smoky smell, which might be unpleasant for non-smokers.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the bustling market and plenty of nearby eateries. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us.
We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Highly recommended to everyone!

Excellent service and staff, spacious and clean room. Great location near Ben Than market, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Post Office. Comfortable stay with elements of luxury. Quiet street. Breakfast could offer more halal options. Apartment-like room with kitchen facilities across the street from the hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. Convenient neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Good value for discovering the city.

The staff were really polite and tried their best to fulfill our requests. The bed in the room was comfy, making it difficult to leave in the morning. The hotel's excellent location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot, with popular attractions and markets just steps away. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of options and free flow coffee and tea. the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great.

The hotel provided a stove and a microwave oven, really convenient for us during our Christmas stay. The location was also great, just a few minutes' walk to the central cathedral and post office. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms with lovely decor.
One major downside was the poor soundproofing. We could hear everything happening in the hallways and in the neighboring rooms, quite disturbing.
